Well, first off I want to say that theres no way I can possibly describe to you what love is because it varies from one person to another but what I personally believe love to be is something deeper than just a word. It’s a word with alot of feelings invested into it. As cliche as that sounds, it’s something that I believe strongly in. Idk when it clicked for me but back then, I’d say i love you to other individuals, it was just a simple yet overused phrase. I guess you’ll know once you have alot of feelings for someone and when you come to the realization that you want that person not with your dick but with your heart and dare I say soul,hopefully, that’s when you realize that saying I love you for the first time, feels extremely different. Although to others, hearing those words gives no guarantee of validity which is why love is such a difficult concept to grasp. You can’t read minds and you can’t interpret anything 100% nor can you decipher actions so what do we do? We resort to our only option — blind trust.
Write to be understood, speak to be heard and read to grow.
